Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1 business day to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders placed before 4pm during store hours (9am-6pm) will be processed the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next day we are open.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery Speed:

As we import directly from South Korea, your package is expected to reach you within 3-4 weeks with Standard Shipping. You may opt for Expedited Shipping for faster delivery where applicable.

Taxes:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including SST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ARpedia Singapore is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us via WhatsApp at +65 8077 2682 with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
